Who we are

Metron is a product by Zello Labs. This policy covers this website, metron.zellolabs.io. Questions go to hello@zellolabs.io.

What we collect

If you request beta access: your work email, the warehouse you run, and anything you write about your metric. We collect nothing else through the form.

When you visit: anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. Our host, Vercel, also processes standard request data such as your IP address to serve the site.

How we use it

We use your beta request to reply to you and set your team up. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter.

To stop spam, the form briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit repeated submissions. It isn't written to disk.

Where it goes

Beta requests are delivered to our team's inbox by email, through our email provider, Resend. The site itself doesn't keep them in a database. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Your choices

Email hello@zellolabs.io to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We keep beta requests only as long as we need them to run the beta.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
